Island Paradise QOF was formed to purchase distressed assets in Puerto Rico and develop them into world class accommodations.

Our Story

Island Paradise was founded by experienced real estate investors and entrepreneurs who were drawn to Puerto Rico by the tremendous investment opportunity created through the Opportunity Zone program and Act 60. Since moving from the mainland to Puerto Rico, the Island Paradise team has purchased and developed dozens of investment properties and have developed an extensive network of partners and vendors.

We believe that a generational investment opportunity now exists in Puerto Rico, while also contributing to the island’s ongoing recovery in the wake of unprecedented natural and economic disasters. Over the next several years, Island Paradise plans to invest tens of millions of dollars in Puerto Rico.

We believe in doing well by doing good; our mission is to deliver superior tax-advantaged returns to our investors while creating quality jobs throughout the island of Puerto Rico.
